01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the yd777 platform, including the website accessible at https://yd777.cam and all associated services, features, content and tools (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by yd777 ("we", "us", "our").

yd777 is an English-language online sports betting and casino information platform built for Pakistani users. It covers cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and live casino content with PKR displays and a mobile-first experience designed for players across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and yd777.

02 Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

03 Account Eligibility

To register and use an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or licence jurisdiction if applicable. The Platform is strictly unavailable to minors. yd777 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into contracts, you may not use the Platform.
• Legal Compliance: You must ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Users located in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform complies with applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under your own identity or another — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information: All registration information provided must be accurate, truthful and up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion or cooling-off restriction, whether applied voluntarily through your Account settings or imposed by the Platform.

04 Account Registration & Security

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you are required to complete the registration process by providing a valid email address, a chosen username and a secure password, along with any other information requested during the sign-up flow. All fields must be completed accurately.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. yd777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where that access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You must notify yd777 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Use of a strong, unique password is strongly recommended. yd777 may enforce minimum password complexity requirements.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA), where available, should be enabled to add an additional layer of security to your Account.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

yd777 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable KYC and AML standards. You may be requested to provide identification documents — such as a national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued ID — as well as proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in delays to withdrawal processing or Account suspension.

05 Deposits & Payments

Deposits to your yd777 Account must be made using payment methods currently listed as available on the Platform. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. Familiar Pakistani payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are mentioned as contextual examples only. yd777 does not claim that these providers support or endorse gambling transactions.

• All deposits must be funded from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section.
• yd777 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank, wallet provider or payment processor may apply their own charges.
• Deposits intended to manipulate bonuses, launder funds or circumvent Platform controls will be reversed and the Account suspended.
• All figures on the Platform are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency conversion, if required, is handled at the point of transaction.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC completion, active bonus wagering requirements not being outstanding, and the absence of any pending fraud or AML investigation. yd777 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Actual timescales depend on the chosen payment method, the Platform's internal processing queue and the User's verification status.

• Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are specified in the Platform's cashier section.
• Where KYC documentation has not been submitted or verified, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until verification is complete.
• yd777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will not be processed. Only winnings derived from fully wagered bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

yd777 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives to Users. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that include but are not limited to:

• Wagering Requirement: The number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× requirement means PKR 30,000 must be wagered.
• Maximum Bet Limit: A cap on the stake permitted per bet while bonus funds are active. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards meeting the wagering requirement. Sports bets, slots and table games typically carry different contribution percentages.
• Expiry Period: All bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated time window.
• One Bonus Per Household: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotional offer is available once per user, household, IP address and device.
• Cash-Out Cap: Some promotions impose a maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated during the bonus period.

yd777 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, yd777's decision is final. All bonus figures referenced on the Platform are illustrative unless confirmed within a specific live promotional offer.

08 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or casino game. General betting rules include the following:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the User unless the Platform expressly permits a cash-out or partial cash-out option for that market.
• yd777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently found to have been affected by corrupt conduct, match manipulation or any other integrity violation.
• For cricket markets — including PSL matches, ICC tournaments and bilateral Test, ODI and T20 series — yd777 applies the published cricket betting rules at the time of market creation. Users should review these rules before placing a wager.
• In the event of a technology error resulting in the display of incorrect odds, yd777 reserves the right to void the affected bets or settle them at the correct odds.
• Live betting (in-play) markets are subject to delay and the odds shown at the moment of bet placement may differ from the odds at the moment of acceptance. The confirmed odds at acceptance are binding.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. RTP percentages shown on the Platform are illustrative and provided for informational purposes only.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their funds withheld pending investigation, and the matter referred to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Creating multiple Accounts to circumvent Platform rules, claim multiple bonuses or evade a self-exclusion or suspension.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technical tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Collusion with other Users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Money laundering or using the Platform as a vehicle for any financial crime, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk, arbitrage-style bets specifically to complete wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent.
• Accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction where such access is expressly prohibited.
• Conduct that is threatening, abusive, harassing or offensive towards Platform staff or other Users.

10 Responsible Gambling

yd777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We strongly encourage all Users to treat gambling as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income. Gambling involves financial risk and can become harmful if not approached with discipline and awareness.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Reductions to limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set caps on the total amount they can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may enable session-time reminders and mandatory timeouts to manage their time on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Users wishing to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Self-excluded Users will be blocked from accessing the gambling features of the Platform for the duration chosen.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications can be configured to remind Users how long they have been playing.

11 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform — including but not limited to the yd777 brand name, logo, website design, software, written content, graphics, images and other materials — are owned by or licensed to yd777. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to the User.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from yd777.
• Use the yd777 brand name, logo or trademarks in any context not expressly authorised by yd777.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Scrape or harvest data from the Platform by automated means.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yd777 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by technical failures, server downtime, maintenance or events outside yd777's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information displayed on the Platform that is incorrect, incomplete or out of date.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delays, reversals or transaction failures attributable to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or any other payment service.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13 Suspension & Termination

yd777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive or illegal purposes.
• The User has provided false or misleading registration information.
• A regulatory, legal or compliance requirement obliges yd777 to restrict or terminate the Account.
• The User has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 09 of these Terms.

Upon Account closure, any balance remaining after deduction of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements and any funds under investigation will be returned to the User via the most recently used verified payment method, subject to completed KYC.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account should contact yd777 support. Account closure requests are processed in accordance with the Platform's responsible-gambling and data-retention policies.

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which yd777 is incorporated and licenced. Users in Pakistan access the Platform on the basis that they have independently verified the lawfulness of doing so under Pakistani law. yd777 does not assert that the Platform is authorised, licenced or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any other Pakistani regulatory body.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through yd777's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction, unless alternative dispute resolution is available and elected by both parties.

15 Amendments

yd777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent on-Platform notification.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the most recent amendment. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
